"Ordered clock with "White Face" for $26.99 on 11/4. Delivered clock with Silver face on 11/21 that was a resale of a Fandimo.com item that sells for $4.95.
Customer service sent an RMA for return, but also sent me notice that they reserve the right to substitute items at their discretion that don't quite match the description.
Lots of legalese and caveats.
We'll see if they credit the return under their supposed unconditional 30 day policy.
Would comparison shop and do lots of homework before dealing with them.

"Placed an order last night, then had 2nd thoughts - called this morning to cancel. First I confirmed with my bank that payment had not been posted. Called the company - was told that payment had not been processed yet.
So, I said, "please cancel order". They said "no". They couldn't cancel, even though it had not shipped, and payment not posted. They said they would have someone call me about it.
No phone call for entire day - I called them back at the end of the day. They told me, ooops, couldn't refund my money because payment had been processed! Sorry. They then hung up on me.
So I called my bank to dispute the charges. At that time I learned that they not only charged my card once for the full amount, but TWICE!
This is my fault, for not fully doing my homework before ordering from this company. If you are reading this web site, you ARE doing your homework - so PLEASE stay far away from these folks.

"Buyer beware. I attempted to by a set of lamps from this site. The lamps arrived a month and a half later, looking nothing like what was posted on their web site. I tried several times to return the lamps, the first time they refused delivery (after spending $30 on shipping), now they are no longer answering emails. I'm out quite a bit of money with these people."
"Do NOT shop here. I tried to cancel my order not 30 minutes after I place it. They refused to cancel the order. Said I could only return the order 30 days after I received it and I would have to pay shipping costs ($114.00) each way! There customer services is horrible. I read a dozen negative reviews and thought it wouldn't happen to me. I leaned my lesson...don't make the same mistake."
"When I ordered, the item was "in stock" and they promised it would be shipped out in 2-4 days.
I was disapointed with their service. I ordered a nice set of end-tables on the 17th. They kept on telling me it would be shipped, it would be shipped. I kept calling them, they'd even give me days it would ship. Finally, two weeks later when I called someone finally figured out why it hadn't shipped yet. The items I ordered had been discontinued and were not available anymore.
They did however refund my credit card promptly."
