Anna quickly arranged for the items to be returned and was ready to facilitate and speedy reship or refund. The damage was not due to Furniture Crate in any way.

"I have to give high praise to furniture crate for employing Anita. I placed an order for a beautiful dinning room set that included a special order for a larger glass top. I also ordered a matching buffet. Anita worked her majic to make sure I got the correct size for the glass top and special order for the fabric I choose for the chairs. I found Anita to be professional, helpful and very kind. If I need to order more items for my home I will be asking for Anita ! Great customer service and quick turn around. "

"I was looking for a chair & a half and ottoman for my enclosed porch. I found one on sale at Furniture Crate and it matched my living room sofa perfectly! I had never ordered furniture online before and was a little leery, but I had been comparison shopping online for about a month and this was a great deal that I couldn't pass up. A CSR from the company called me the day after I ordered to verify all of my information & my order. She advised me that it should be delivered within 7 business days & followed up with an email of contact info for the freight carrier, Pilot Trucking. I waited a week and contact the dispatcher at Pilot. He told me that he would contact me to schedule a delivery date once the furniture go to the warehouse. A week later, I got a missed call on my cell#, I called it back and got voicemail of a young man from Pilot. I assumed he was the delivery driver. I called Pilot back and the dispatcher told me that he had me scheduled that day. I advised him that no one had contacted me and it was a good thing that I was home. He said that he did contact me (not true). The driver shows up a few hours later BY HIMSELF. This chair is huge and my husband had to help him get it into the house. I asked him "What would have happened if my husband hadn't been home?" He shrugged his shoulders and said "I would have figured something out". The ottoman was not on the truck. I then contacted Furniture Crate & spoke to a wonderful CSR named Melanie. She was very sympathetic to my issue of the missing ottoman and promised me that she would get it resolved within 48 hours and would "keep me in the loop" via email and phone, which she did. Pilot found the ottoman in their warehouse and it was delivered within 48 hours. The furniture is beautiful and very high quality, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Furniture Crate again!"
"I absolutely love the customer service at this website....I had a slight delivery problem, which was not Furniture Crate's fault, but they did an amazing job!! Rebecca was so polite and so understanding and she has five star customer service....every time I called someone at this site, they were so polite and wonderful!! The shipping company was horrible, but do not let that keep you from buying because they take care of you even when the shipping company does not! I would definitely buy again and I am so happy...even with a missing table and damaged chairs, they are taking care of me and I am one happy buyer!!"
"Last night I was searching online for Master Bedroom Furniture to add to our wedding registry. I had spent several hours and days trying to find the right fit for what we wanted in our bedroom. I began an online "chat" with Joshua T. He was amazing to work with & answered all of the questions I had regarding the furniture collection, which I found on Furniture Crate's website. I had asked a lot of questions and spent about 45 min. chatting with him to make sure I was able to get all my questions answered, so I could add the items we wanted as gifts, to myregistry.com account. Again, Joshua T. was patient and provided me with lots of detailed information about the furniture. Joshua T. also told me to put a note for my guests on my registry page, that if any of my family/friends needed assistance when ordering, to pass along his name & he would be happy to help since he knew the items we wanted purchased. I always like to use company's who provide exceptional customer support and if you are looking for this too, I would defiantly, recommend this company, specifically working with Joshua T. Again, thanks Joshua T. for all your amazing help & online support that you provided me with last night!!! If my furniture gets purchased and comes delivered as good as Joshua T.'s help, I will be one, very satisfied customer!!!
