"Purchased a sectional from them. Realized one of the pieces was too long for the space. Called multiple times during business hours and left messages and never heard back from them. Finally got through to speak to customer service and was told that to make changes to an order you have to contact them through email. Very specifically on their website it says to call them and dial 2 for existing orders. Once we got through they said it was too late and that we would have to pay to return the piece and that they couldn't just replace one piece, even though the pieces are purchased separately. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. We realized we made a mistake and were willing to pay the restocking fee even though we contacted them within the cancellation window but it was nearly impossible to get through to them and they weren't willing to help when we finally did."
