"This place sucks. Ordered furniture online over a week ago. Got a confirmation number and theat is about it. I have tried to call and their messages are full. Even emailed and got no response back. The charge was pending on my credit card but no longer showing anything. I was looking forward in getting livingroom furniture and thought this would be the quickest way was going direct. Boy, I was wrong. Problem is now I don't know if I am still getting charged or if the furniture order I placed is even going to be delivered. I've wasted a week with this company and now have to restart with someone else and more waiting. They should have a number that works and respond back. That is customer service people."
"I placed an order for a baby crib through Furniture Bloc. A few days later I received an e-mail stating that the stock of the crib was depleted but that they would get more stock in soon. So when I received another e-mail stating that they had more in stock, I placed my order again. But I received yet another e-mail saying that the price of the crib had increased by $55 and as soon as I authorized that increase the order would be placed. They went on to say that since the order was over $500 that they needed for me to mail them a copy of my driver's license (I guess my credit card being approved wasn't enough for them). I found this whole process to be insulting and upsetting. I would never even consider dealing with them again."

I ordered the table, got the best price anywhere online or in town, and they actually over-nighted it to my home. Our table was well-wrapped, in great condition on arrival and set up easily.
