"We made an appointment the day before and we showed up 15 minutes early. Our sales rep was in the lobby waiting to greet us. He quickly showed us the areas to look for our needs. Unfortunately, he then informed us that he had another couple coming and would need to be with them for a few minutes, no more than 30 minutes. We were surprised simce we had an appointment, but we were okay with looking around for 30 minutes until he returned. However, when he came back he was with us for less than five minutes and then off again. We texted him and asked if he was available and his response was "shortly." That turned into a long wait and we decided to leave and go get lunch. It was an awful experience and definitely not what we were used to from previous visits to furnitureland. "

"I paid $160 for an extended warranty and received no paperwork for it, I have no idea what my warranty give me or who to go to. I also did not receive any information about the care of the kitchen table and chairs. The cost 5500 and include some non-traditional materials, some documentation about the correct cleaning products should have been included. I emailed my sales rep who have never responded. It's a shame really but the servicing after the sale is so bad I won't order again. Just purchased a 3800 sq ft home and this was my first purchased, your lost"
"My Design Specialist, Rex Goff was prepared to show me what I wanted, at the price range I was willing to pay. The product was not only what I wanted, but it was of greater quality than I expected. The delivery came on time, and the men who brought the bed into my bedroom set up the bed in short order. They were in and done in less than 20 minutes. They called before they were to arrive, and their arrival was right on time. I could not be more satisfied with complete experience of buying from Furnitureland South."
"I ordered a single piece of bedroom furniture to match my existing set at home. The item was described by FS as a "stock item" and they told me it should be available for pick-up in their warehouse in 2 - 3 weeks. Then NOTHING. No communications and ABOUT 3 MONTHS pass. I sent numerous emails to both our representative and to the receivables department. Days would go by and then MAYBE a single sentence response. We finally got the piece about 3 months after ordering it. No apologies or attempt to make things right with us. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Furnitureland South. Clearly, my small insignificant order was not ever on their radar and they had no intention of giving me any updates. Very disappointing. The piece I ordered, however, was in perfect condition and is exactly what I wanted. I will look for a different distributor going forward."
