"The overall experience was very good. The salesperson was helpful and answered all of our questions satisfactorily and accurately. An additional discount of $100 was available of which we were unaware sealed the deal.
Although the delivery was made within the scheduled time, our preference would have been during daylight. Both carriers, Jason and Robert were courteous, professional and efficient. They even commented on how well the dining room table and chairs look in our home.
We would return to Furnitureland South for future purchases.

"Love Furnitureland South. If you can't find it under the roof of Furnitureland you probably can't find it. We were looking for bedroom furniture and found exactly what fit our needs. We will return in the near future for other pieces.
Our designer was the best. She listened to what we thought we wanted and actually spent 2 days working with us. She assembled an album with our first and second choices which made it easier to make our decision. "

"Outstanding customer service! You're greeted upon arrival and given the name and card of an associate then left alone to shop at your leisure. No one approaches you while you look around. I love that! I found a lovely crystal sculpture for less than $100. I took it to the counter and they ushered me to a lovely office, the likes of a high end car dealership, while they wrapped it and drew up the paperwork. A few days later I received a very nice hand written note from the lady who helped me thanking me for my patronage. You would have thought I'd spent millions! Beautiful southern hospitality. "

"My complaint with FS is the time it takes to order and get something in. It is back and forth for weeks to get the order right then months to get the furniture. Last time the rug i ordered was the wrong size and I am still waiting for the rug to come in ridiculous!
Also When I drive over to the showroom and talk to a salesperson, when I call back with questions, another sales person takes over because the first one was working on something else. This has happened three times. Every time I come over, I buy something but never the first time. I always give myself a day or two to think it over. Currently, I have been waiting months for the right rug and still don't have it. Compared to RH, your service is very poor."
