"Since I moved here, I was really excited to shop at the famous FLS store. At first, the service seems awesome but each time I made payment for my purchases, the designers service dropped off significantly. I have to call or write several emails to ask him on other furnitures Before I get his attention, only to get a reply after a week each time. Not only that, he also made it very clear that his priority was with bigger international clients. I felt very taken back (even after spending about $25,000) I guess I was just a little fish for him? I Have been very nice and patient with him knowing that he is an elderly person but I don't like the idea of him thinking that he is doing ME a favour. Plus we are still in the middle of our project, so not sure what to do. I am also getting a bit frustrated with the amount of waiting period for a furniture to arrive (12 weeks? Holy cow!) "

We agreed on delivery dates and they didn't deliver. In short, very good selection and prices, don't count of the promised delivery dates."
"My kids have finally all graduated and moved to various parts of the country taking most of our furniture with them. Yeah, I'm happy for them, but now I need furniture! My husband and I decided to make an adventure out of it and really get something that will work for us in our newly found freedom. So we decided to get out of Cincinnati and take the south by storm. We had a map that we picked up at the hotel and decided we were going to do it all in one day. Luckily for us we asked around and were told that Furnitureland South had it all and they were right. We were greeted by the most delightful designer named Tim Shepherd with the cutest southern accent and we were hooked! He listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions along the way, and then he patiently worked with me on and off for the next three months until I finally made my decision! He sent me color swatches, consulted with his co-workers over fabrics and wood choices, trim choices, and sent me pictures via e-mail just so that I could feel confident that I was choosing the right furniture. He was always very attentive and I always felt that he had my best interest in mind complimenting me on the choices that I had made. What a great experience! I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks Tim! So if you plan on taking a road trip you only need to go to Furnitureland South!"
