"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANYTHING!!! UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT LOOK FOR REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED. SO I HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS THAT OTHER PEOPLE HAD. AFTER 4 DAYS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE SOFA IN STOCK AND THAT I HAVE TO WAIT 3 MORE WEEKS. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. WORST STORE EVER."

"Don't buy anything from this people! I ordered a bookcase a few weeks ago and their website asked for my shipping address and shipping method, after 2 weeks I called them to ask when my bookcase would be delivered, and no one never answered any of my calls and voice messages! Someone called Ellyn replied my emails after 2 days and said this is just pick up store and if you ant to cancel we'll charge you 25%!I don't know what kind of pick up store ask for shipping address and shipping method!!! Don't recommend them to anyone!Bad customer service, bad service, bad communication, ... everything was awful!"

"I ordered VIG X026 Transitional Purple Fabric 4 Seater Sofa for $1,822.50. I was excited to get a nice sofa for good price.
Also before ordering the item I called and talked about the sofa he told me and they have it in stock, and I should get it in couple weeks.
Then I get an email that says (sorry to tell you that this earlier advertised price was not correct! the manufacturer increased the price up to $4000, moreover the item is on special order which take 3-5 months to come in!
I have no choice , but cancel your order and reversed the money back to your original account !)

I was very disappointed, its not my fault that they don't check there site. I ordered then they tell me they can't sell it to me for that price and tell me that is it almost twice as more.
when i talked to the lady, she spoke so much that I could not even say a word to her

anyways I am very mad, they are not series, first its one price, then they change it when you already order the item...

So I went online and checked to see if the chairs were still on line they are list now as the following

so the price was now doubled! I called and spoke with the manager and asked if the chairs with the SKU# 2D876-chair were available to have 4 delivered or in stock and how long it would take to have them shipped out I was told yes they were in stock and I would be able to receive them by next week. So I then began to ask why is my order not being filled. They had no answers for me. My husbands credit card has been charged and the money has been taken out of his account. I DO NOT WANT A REFUND I WANT WHAT I ORDER

"DON'T BUY ANYTHING FORM THESE PEOPLE

The trouble started when we ordered a dining room table. We were very specific when we placed the order that the table must be black and white, not brown and white. We had ordered a similar table from another company and had to return it for the same reason. We did not order DARK Brown, we wanted BLACK. When we uncrated the table after lugging it up three flights of stairs, it was indeed BROWN. We called the company and were told we didn't know black from brown. They insisted we take a picture and send it to them which we did. They still insisted the table was black, and that we were either liars or color blind. After a full day of hassles, they charged us a $115 restocking fee and a $60.00 shipping charge to return their brown table. Nothing like being screwed, i just like to be kissed first.

"BUYER BEWARE! Sorry to rain on everyone's parade with these 5 star reviews! I bought the Ashton 3 piece vanity set from Furniture Tent. The charge came through on my credit card from Furniture Online, but they go by other names as well. The order was sent in two shipments. The mirror came first from the manufacturer, ACME Furniture, because Furniture Tent said they didn't have it in stock. When I opened the package I couldn't believe my eyes! It was damaged and looked like previously returned merchandise from another customer! Someone had attached two sections of the mirror by only one hinge, and during shipment, the tiny little screws, already rusting, had ripped out of the center mirror, and the loose hinge was hitting other parts of the mirror, gouging out large pieces of wood! Did I say wood? I meant to say that the entire mirror was in fact a mold of the worst kind of wood pulp, glue and wood putty! No wood at all, not even veneers! Not even faux wood grain! The mirror was covered in a thick brown paint that my daughter said looked like poop! It was the worst quality piece of furniture I had ever seen in my life - even kiddie furniture is better made! I contacted Furniture Tent (and sent them pictures of the damaged mirror), and they said they would send a replacement, but after receiving the damaged merchandise in the first shipment, and observing the awful quality of the mirror, I decided that the rest of the vanity must be of the same quality, and chose not to accept the second shipment for fear that having signed for it, I would have no choice but to accept it. Furniture Tent refused to send me a return shipping label for the mirror and instead said they would give me a $50 credit if I would accept the order. When I said no, they became very vindictive and sent me a number of nasty e-mail responses. They showed no concern for customer satisfaction whatsoever and only seemed concerned with passing the costs onto me! They said they were going to charge me a 25% restocking fee, according to their store policy, even though I never took possession of the actual vanity and stool, as well as deduct the shipping costs from the refund...which I still have not gotten. When I contacted ACME Furniture, they told me that they don't deal with the public, and to contact the retailer. So I will be lucky to get half of my money back, if I ever get a refund it at all! I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute over the charge. Now think about this as a profit making enterprise if you will...you buy a product from an online source - they have the manufacturer ship part of it to you, it arrives damaged, both the retailer and the manufacturer say you have to deal with the other, you refuse the rest of the order or send it back and they charge you a 25% restocking fee, which on a big ticket item could be several hundred dollars! Then they resell the same merchandise (evidently with another mirror from the manufacturer) at full price to another unsuspecting fool! Now if this were done on a volume basis, that could be a nice little money-making proposition!"

"In an industry full of poor customer service, Ellyn at furnituretent.com is a shining exception. From my first contact she patiently answered questions and offered options. When I was ready to order two beds she gave me a nice discount and expedited shipment. The two beds arrived in good condition and are of very high quality, all solid wood, no crummy MDF! If ordering furniture online again, I would never even consider using anyone else. BTW, I selected this company BECAUSE of their great feedback here, terrific service provided by reseller ratings!"

"I bought two Montana bookshelf twin beds and nightstand for my kiddos. My whole experience was great. Ellen took care of me right away and the furniture was delivered within 2 weeks...Even the delivery folks were very helpful and polite. There were a couple of noticeable dings on one of the beds, but after having already put one of the beds and nightstand together(they were very sturdy and heavy) I wasn't about to fuss over the dings...A touch up marker seemed to do a good enough job of covering them up. I would definitely recommend ordering from this company...And their prices were the best too! "

IMO, this merchant's prices, shipping and service are the best online for the quality of furniture they offer. So much so, in fact, that we purchased an additional 5-piece dinette set from them which we also appreciate.
