I ordered from Ed, he also helped with timing of my delivery because I was moving from Florida to Wisconsin 2 weeks before Christmas. The couch was delivered as scheduled and a missing glass plate was addressed by Ed who took care of it. It did arrive a few weeks late, but it arrived safely. The prices are the best on the net and the customer service by Ed was A+. I'd buy again from them. Even Home Depot was a week late with a delivery for me. It happens to everyone sometime! "

"Furniverse has horrible customer relations. I waited months for my furniture and it never came. I Called several times, sent several emails and barely got any response. When I did get an answer it was unhelpful and did not expedite my shipping. Mind you all this time furniverse had almost 2k of my hard earned money. In the end I never got my furniture and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. They couldn't even get a refund right! Their furniture looks nice but beware. "
