My only complaint is finding the Parts Dept, no signage outside or inside until you find the door behind the service desk. Put a couple of signs up and this would be a 5 star!"

"The quality of the part and packaging was very good. However, the order process was flawed and communication from dealer was not good. It really felt like I was being manipulated with half truths. I alerted dealer that the free shipping promo code didn’t seem to be applied (I attached a screen shot showing I had entered it). Dealer confirmed it wasn’t applied, but suggested no explanation or countermeasure. Instead, dealer provided no status because part was ‘not readily available’. The next day I requested to cancel the order, but it was too late because it had already shipped, and charged $86 in shipping. I received FedEx tracking number indicating drop ship from Chicago warehouse. The dealer could have looked at stock status at warehouse to provide accurate status, but didn’t. Part arrived with good quality. The $86 in shipping should have been free, and probably only cost less than $20. Instead, the dealer made a 400% markup on shipping. I understand that many shippers add margin to shipping charges, but 400%? I feel ripped off and will make a point of selecting a different dealer than Lou Fusz Toyota, even if I have to pay more for the part."
