"The first one I received most of the DVDs didn't work, but I contacted them to ask for an exchange. They emailed back within 2 hours and shipped a new one to me at no cost the following day. Great service!!.."
"Got what I ordered quickly. I'm Very satisfied! Thanks."
"Not bad. Quality great, and also fast shipping. I would order from them again."
"bought the HTC touch cruise 09 from fuzal.com. consider it is shipped from China, i was happy about the delivery time, which is within 10days.
however, i received an item that is significantly different from what is described at fuzal.com. one of many examples: CPU was described as Qualcomm MSM7225 but what i got is Marvell PXA310. I confirmed with htc.com that the item i received is not an official HTC device. and i found evidence that the phone i got is actually a HTY product (cheaper) not HTC product.
Trying to contact the customer service. No response. Now, I am trying to contact them via paypal dispute.
update:
(1)finally got in contact with seller via paypal. somehow, the emails they sent to me got lost. (2)upon request from the seller, i quote their message to me:
"About your review you left on resellerratings.com What is that about, we didn't say that our phone is the same one as the one htc.com. So that's a false claim, we also respond to your email within 24 hours. Please edit the review."
(3)i didnt claim that they claim the phone is same as the one on htc.com. i merely state my findings that it is not an htc phone but hty phone (imitation of htc).
(4)and still think i should get the phone with qualcomm CPU as described when i bought it (they change the spec after i complain, claiming that they made a 'lil' mistake).
(5)they rejected my request for full refund. saying there might be restocking fees (not mentioned in their return policy).
update2 (2010/01/07):
(1)fuzal.com refused to let me return the product and failed to assure me i will get refund. i decided not to risk sending it back and get no phone and no refund. i ended up keeping the phone.
(2)around dec10 2009, i realized there is a small area on top left of the lcd screen have bad pixels. http://www.flickr.com/photos/45347906@N04/***-***-****/
a couple of days later, i have half of the lcd screen not functional properly.
(3)contacted fuzal.com via their website in order to claim the 1 year warranty as noted when i bought the phone. no response. so i contacted them via the email: ****@**** several times. only after 4 days, i got response from fuzal.com saying they were having some sort of server issue therefore they didnt reply me. and they mentioned to get back to me once they heard anything from the supplier about warranty. it was dec 16 that i got this response.
(4)now it is jan07 2010. i have not heard anything from fuzal.com. i have contacted them couple of times since dec 16 but no response.
(5)hope they will see this message here and kindly reply to me. really wish they could have response faster."
"I bought a all white airforce 1 from this site, everything was nice except i couldn't get 2 days shipping. "
"It's an alright site they just need to fix everything on their site cause it's still kinda buggy after they build up some reviews and build some good credibility behind them, then I would do business with them a lot."
