"Pre-ordered Diablo 2 Resurrected, 3 months ago.
Received an email one month prior to release saying eveyone who pre-ordered should be entitled to play the beta. Guess what, i never received mine! Send a ticket, got a reply stating they where sorry (coming from Kinguin) because they f*cked up, and shortly after removed their false advertisement altogether.
At release day, i received another email saying "again" We're sorry to inform you but the supplier has problems securing the required keys and so on...
What the actual "F####K"?! They did it again and i gets worse, their way of offering compensation is by giving you 3 choices. 1st. Do nothing and wait for it as any idiot would do. 2nd. Accept 2 gift cards including a 3$ compensation in order for you to use at the Blizzard Store (which during unmentioned price changes doesn't hold squat) of course..
And 3rd. Request your money back with a 5% compensation... (heck, i still lose more money from doing any transaction with them than what is being offered) so no, that will not do!!!
This is going to be the last time i'll be purchasing anything from either G2Play and Kinguin because they're one and the same, vile scammers!!!
This goes out to everyone to be careful when making deals with them, because eventually they'll just send you right into the woods and leave you hanging..."
"I bought the game Project Cars on 12-5-2020 and got a key. This key was activated on the account of an other person. I asked for an other key but until today (24 -5) i don't have a key that works.

"Be prepared to laugh at their attempt to translate Chinese legal garbage to English to scare the customer. Be prepared to file a claim with either PayPal or if you're dumb enough to give them your CC, GG."
"Sure, good prices, but the service is TERRIBLE. My friend and I bought our games at the same time, from the same network. Yet he received the code straight away and I didn't. So I asked the support for some help. Well, then I got accused of having another account (that's against their rules and conditions) and had to prove that I didn't have a second account (as I just used the site for the first time....). Then I got accused of using a VPN or proxy that ruined the delivery, and the support person couldn't accept that I didn't have anything interferring until I gave the email of my FRIEND so that he could check up on that. Terrible, just terrible. After what felt like forever I FINALLY got my freaking key, and a "discount code as a sorry for the inconvenience". A discount code of 1 freaking euro. Yay me. Freaking cheap **** non-serious business."
"I bought a licence for an Office product through G2Play. This is the last time I'll use that site. They flagged fraudulent activity on my account, which was me trying to buy this software key. They barred my account, but still took my money. How the #£@& does that work?
Three days later and I've complied with all their ridiculous requirements, was told a refund or the CD key would be sent and I've received neither. Thank £#&@ I payed with PayPal and they're processing a claim against these units.
There's like one support person, who works sporadically (24/7 my a55) and has now cut communications.
Useless company. If anything goes wrong you're screwed. Don't use these guys. Any guarantee they give might as well be written on toilet paper and flushed. "
"I bought a key from this dubious company, they send me a used key, took 4 day to give me a an answer, and they simply dont give me a new a key, no they want me to buy a new one (paying extra 15€).
Dont buy from here, there is a lot of other better options (and cheaper)."
"bought games worth 100 euro's got them instanly without trouble ! very good!"
"I buyed my Preorder of GTAV on october 2013 at 32.99€ from this site (more than 1 year ago). Few days ago they wrote me that they had to refound me because the box key, which was sold in their store, is not going to activate the game on Steam.....my preorder name is "Grand Theft Auto V Steam Key Pre-order".....and guess what? they are still selling keys that CAN BE ACTIVATED ON STEAM....i already asked them but they won't give me what a paid for. "The other offer is from different supplier and he confirmed that his keys will be Steam Keys, not box ones." At least they refounded me but tihis is not the way to treat customers and you will not see my money again"
