But that should be right next to the buy button as a lot of people just hit the buy button immediately without scrolling further down. "I bought a key from them for Ghost Recon Wildlands 20 days ago. Of course the first thing i did was to report it, i was told since i didn't want g2a shield (would cost me 3$) i would have to wait 9 days for the seller to respond. I thought to myself "alright, it's not so bad, 9 days and i'll have my money back". I went and created a case for it, the first thing that shook me was that when they tell you that you have to wait 9 days they actually mean 9 days and 24 hours, so more like 10 days. so time went by i heard nothing from the seller and after 10 days g2a responded to the claim and asked me to contact ubisoft support and let them check when the key was used, why they didn't do that 10 days ago i don't know. so i talked to ubisoft and found out that the key was used 3 days before i bought it so i thought "well this is a done deal, once g2a support sees this it's obvious that it was an already used key i got" but i was then told (after g2a had inspected the screenshots) that i had to wait up to 3 more days for the seller to respond. at this point i was getting a little **** off, i've waited two weeks for my money back but no end in sight. after 2 days the seller comments and askes when the key was purchased, and i wasn't allowed to respond before a support personnel had seen the message, then a day later i get told that the case was won in my favor. Finally i thought, finally i can get my 35$ back, so i go to check my paypal but nothing is there. no biggie maybe it just takes a day, so i waited a day to check but no, still no money. so i go to write a ticket to get an answer, they tell me to be patient and wait while they fix this. fine a few more days cant hurt. It has now been over a week since i won my case but i have still not seen a cent of my money back."

"The key that I recently bought was revoked, due to the fact that the money the reseller payed for the key was charged back by the bank (most likely a case of creditcard fraud).
In order to even contact G2A directly i have to first wait 10 days for the reseller to respond (unless I payed additional protection money to G2a , aka. "G2A shield").
Now this should not be an issue if reseller was legitimate, but if the reseller is most likely a fraud there is no point in having to wait so long.

Luckily I payed with PayPal, so using their buyer protection service is probably faster."
