"I have been going back and forth with the G2A Seller and Ubisoft to try and get the Seller the information he/she is requesting. Ubisoft says it is unable to provide the information as it violates their security policy. I would like for someone from G2A to contact me and just refund all charges as neither the Seller or Ubisoft is willing to assist me, and during the purchase I was charged ~$3.50 for G2A Shield, yet I cant seem to use it, or find phone/chat in order to come to a quicker resolution.
