"Bought a key despite knowing the nature of these sites. Key ended up being used. Filed a support ticket asking for a refund. I expected either a refund or a working ticket but wanted a refund. G2A said the problem was out of their hands and to submit a different type of ticket that would be with the seller. Did that, asked what the expected turn around was got no response from G2A. Waited nearly 5 hours and updated the ticket with my frustrations regarding the lack of response and dissatisfaction with the process after essentially being scammed. The word scam was filtered out of the ticket and noticed I am only allowed to comment on the ticket twice. Now nearly 72 hours later (key purchased 3/16/2018 now 3/19/2018) I am still out my money and still no response from either the seller or G2A.
Bottom line, do not do business with G2A"
