"title says it all, basically. One of their sellers sells one and the same key several times and plays the waiting game, hoping the customer doesn't have the endurance to see the complaint through. To top it off they offer some kind of "premium support" scheme, which is either a recurring payment or shameless expensive for a one-off purchase (about 3 € per item), just to get "preferred treatment" in the support chat and possibly the support does its work if you pay them the premium.
