In their answer they wrote that it is optional, but it is activated by default, 3 times and the option to remove it is hidden. Also paying with paypal, the add some fee to your order, this is shown only when you click buy on paypals website. But support is good, even without paying 3€ for shield."

"For the most part this site is really good for getting games for dirt cheap as long as you are very careful about who you buy from. There are scammers so be prepared to get as much evidence as possible just in case. Personally I've bought many keys from them with no problem except one time when a seller was selling a key that was region locked but labeled it Global, luckily I got a refund within a day. The biggest problem for me so far is how long it takes to get your money after the sale, I sold my first keys a couple days ago and still my money is locked in limbo. I realize that they have their reasons to why they hold on to the money for so long but from a seller's perspective it is a pain. So I don't know how long that will be the case and how the withdrawal process will go, but I'm hopeful."
