"I ordered a part. Vin checked out confirmed fit. Catalog image matched what I was needing but I got a different part. Called for help and was told that the image was wrong but the “fine print” stated two connection vs the 3 connection part I needed. My bad so I’ll reorder but I have to pay a 35% restocking fee. No thanks. I’m sure the place is fine but it’s really aggravating to spend the time to confirm the part fits to get treated this way. The guy that answered when I called seemed to think it was funny....I didn’t."

"We had ordered part 52487131 believing it was two pieces based on the picture with the part number. It only came with one piece! Had to go back in and figure out where the 2nd piece was. PLUS this is a tiny piece that could easily be shipped for far less than the $16.54 that is charged! Appropriate packaging for the size of the piece is not utilized! "
