"Wound up having to cancel the order. Ordered a Chevy part and the price seemed fine, but after adding the 25$ shipping charge that you find out when you actually order the part, the price was similar to what I was seeing elsewhere, but I figured I'd order it anyway. Using my credit card that I order everything on with a different "SHIP-TO" address....yes I've ordered from Walmart, Amazon, and countless other vendors in this way without issue. So they put the order on "HOLD" and charged a small additional amount on the card, presumably to verify I actually had access to my card. I replied with the "secret" amount. Then they said I had to call them on the phone! OK...so I called...no VM and no answer! Rather than spending yet another day getting hassled I found the correct part from a Chevy dealer on E-BAY for less, and it shipped THE SAME DAY without issue. I believe they didn't actually have the part and just wanted me to go away; MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! I never write bad reviews (this is #2 in my entire life) but I was incensed! "
"If they ship you a defective part and you return it you will pay the shipping each way. They will tell you that you can take it to any GM dealer and exchange it under warranty bit this is not true."

I finally got a return address, sent the item back at my cost and a month later no refund or communication. I have contacted them via email 5+ times and just get automated responses that do not relate to my question. Have also sent proof of delivery. Their automated response says order the replacement part separately. Yeh right. I am going to trust you. It’s been almost 3 months since my order and still don’t have resolution. Not giving up on this scam site!!"

"I placed an order this morning for an ABS brake module for my Cadillac. A couple hours later I received an email from the customer service department telling me the part was on back order through GM. I emailed back asking for a refund as I need part ASAP. Within 10 minutes of sending email I received confirmation that refund was initiated and could take 2-5 business to go back on my credit card. Great customer service. No fuss no muss. Thank you!"
"They put wrong pic up with item. They Charge 20.00 to ship. (which only cost $13 , because I had to pay to ship back. Then of course it is the wrong part. They charge a 15% restocking fee. It cost me $42.00 and I don't have part for car. Then they have a phone number that says they are closed during the hours they say they are open. SCAM.. "

"I placed a order with a different address for shipping. GMPartsCenter renewed my order to the right parts #s making me a new invoice. Set me email saying it was shipped. I noticed They forgot to ship it to correct address. I asked for them to correct it but was told they can not do that now it was sent, I told them that FEDEX says they can. they would not do it. I went on Fedex and changed it no problem costing me money. Asking for a refund of shipping cost please. Customer service not being much help other than Can not do anything to help. "Returned wrong part they send me and they refused to refund me my money back, when I called they hang up on me twice, when I called the customer service he claimed that stocking fee applies when the part was returned same day following phone call to make sure they will refund my money back.

"I ordered floor mat set and cargo liner for 2017 Volt. It was clear that floor mats didn't fit to my car so I sent email for return and refund. No comment from them and automated reply as I have to pay return shipping and they charge re-stocking fee on top even though they sent me the wrong item. What is wrong with them? So I called and told that I needed to talk about return. Denise who answered phone treated me as if I was a fool and saying "I don't understand. This is GM parts center. Are you calling the right number?" What kind of customer service didn't understand return? Even though I explained to him that holes on the mats did not align but he didn't listed to me. He insisted that I should ask someone to help me to place floor mats. Is it because I am a woman or what? Anyway, he told me that I still have to pay return shipping. I could not agree with that, so I took pictures and sent them to them. Finally, for the third attempt, they recognized that they sent me the wrong item.
