"I ordered a back wiper arm for a 2004 suburban based on their website's reccomendation. I did not include the VIN because I didn't have the truck with me at time of order. The order went through and they sent the wrong arm. Their lack of customer service was astounding. The arm cost $33 and they charged me $10 shipping. The "customer service" rep said I would need to pay to ship back (another $10) and then pay shipping again to get what they should have sent (another $10). If the VIN was required then they should not have let us submit the order w/o including it. My father worked for the REAL GM Parts Center in Doraville GA for 30 years and he would roll over in his grave.

"ordered a replacement mirror and rail cover and was on back order had to wait about a week, glad when the parts arrived the mirror fit well have not tested the heating and tinting feature but the rail cover was another story. before I ordered the part I wanted to be certain I had the correct part since the image on the site did not look like the part so I called into the number on their site and got the part numbers. I was given the part number for the driver side when I need the part for the passenger side. I email customer service and they responded with a link to their return policy and said that they will send me an email with the correct part number. I guess I should have read the return policy but who knew that their policy was (1) not exchanges, (2) 15% restocking fee, (3) postage and handling is the customer's responsibility, and it had to be via overnight with tracking. all this mind you, this was though no fault of my own. the part was about $35 dollars (the mirror $278) so ultimately returning it would just be paying for the part without owning it. I could have walked down to the local dealership and purchased the parts for a few buck less when considering postage. I would suggest considering going to the local dealership rather than dealing with them... I suggested that they waive the restocking fee and I'd eat the postage but they went silent on me... is this really the company you'd want to deal with... far cry from Amazon or Ebay. They get a two star for having a great layout on their site. "
"I ordered 10 replacement parts for a 1999 GMC Sierra pickup. The order included a tailgate latch, parking lights, interior and exterior door handles, interior trim pieces, etc. I included the VIN with my order. Everything fit correctly.
Immediately after I placed the order, they send me an e-mail saying they backordered the parts and would have them in 3-5 business days. They shipped the order 9 calendar days after I placed it. I received the order 14 calendar days after I placed it.
This was the least expensive supplier of GM OEM parts that I've found on the web.
This was my first order. I'll definitely be ordering from them again."
