"This review is not written as a personal attack on the seller but with the view that they can improve on their services. I had made a purchase of an item which was nicely priced and for which I am grateful. However I had contacted the seller via email to get a shipping status update on two separate occasions but got no response. This action or lack thereof left me feeling very frustrated and dissatisfied. I was on the verge of cancelling my order. I think that greater effort is needed to improve customer service.
