"I placed an order. Later that day I realized that it wasn't the correct one. I tried to cancel the order but was only able to put a return request in. I did that and was told someone would be contacting me. 2 days later I got a notification that the item has shipped . I then sent in another email about returning the item, but again, no response! I have now gotten a notification that the item was delivered "in my mailbox". I NEVER RECEIVED IT!! I ordered a large wire harness. How would this fit in a small mailbox?, I am now putting in a dispute with my credit card since the company has failed to respond to my multiple attempts to resolve this issue!!"
