Trying to connect with customer service and I get led to some inane parts department employee named Steve? This employee obviously isn't working or his GM admin are making too much money to hire anyone to help this gentleman out. Thoroughly unimpressed. "I purchased this cover previously when I purchased the mirror assembly. Mirror was OEM as advertised, which made installation easy. Apparently I did not get the cover properly snapped in. I noticed that it was about to blow off, so I slowed and pulled to the side of the road. Just as it came off. I got out of my truck to retrieve it from the roadway. I was within 5’ of it when the first passing car destroyed it.

So here I am ordering another one. I wouldn’t be a returning customer if I didn’t have a pleasant experience with my original purchase
