"I ordered a left side valve cover for my 1990 Cadillac Sedan Deville from GM Parts on 6/8/2021, and right after I paid for the part I received an email from GM Parts saying my order was cancelled because their computer system was down. I called the 1-800 number numerous times during the business hours the computerized recording indicated and could NEVER speak to a live person. My credit card was billed and I have sent numerous emails to GM Parts with no response. I requested that the part be sent out when possible and still have received no response."

"I bought a sunroof switch for my 2008 GMC Envoy from this site, but I found it cheaper on another site so I went back and attempted to cancel my order with them. There was no option to cancel the order but there was an option to return the items so I submitted a request for a refund not 30 min after my order was confirmed. When I got back on to check my order status 2 days later, there was no where to to pull it up. I submitted a contact request to let them know I didn't want the part and requested they not even ship it and not 30 mins later I received a confirmation that my order was shipped...now I have to deal with sending the part back and likely pay for that too... terrible outdated system "
