"I purchased an oil pan & gasket through this web site. Received an e-mail confirmation & an invoice stating price and total charged to my credit card. Upon receiving, the oil pan & gasket was $16.66 more than my invoice in which they charged an additional $16.66 on my credit card without contacting me by phone or e-mail. I called to dispute the amount. They stated that the oil pan gasket that I received was the correct one. "I agreed", but the price on their web site was $16.66 less. They acknowledged; that's correct, but the price on the web site was wrong. I, in return, asked why I wasn't notified. They stated; There was an e-mail sent to me stating the price difference. Needless to say, I did not receive this e-mail. They would not adjust the price back to the amount shown on their web site. I believe that I should have been charged what the web site showed as well as my invoice that I received via e-mail. If the company sent me a statement in regards to a price change, they should have waited for my acknowledgement before charging my credit card and shipping the items. Beware of this web site! Pricing of their products are not correct. They have no problem charging more than what's stated!"
