"Ordered a very expensive HID headlight bulb and the packaging was the same as the packaging at the parts counter....no padding whatsoever....i won't be ordering from here anymore...too risky... haven't installed it yet...hopefully it works

New bulb installed...it's working thankfully
however the bulb they sent me was phillips...oem is osram. The name of the company has oem in the name..I could have bought the phillps brand locally for $128...plus tax.... This company sold it to me for $273 plus tax....seems like a rip off to me....live and learn i guess...hopefully this review prevents someone else from getting scammed "
