The ask Credit card details with CVV via email

"The website appears to be visually appealing and informative, but it lacks clarity regarding their delivery process. My dissatisfaction began when I placed an order for a part on Thursday, only to receive an email on Saturday stating that I needed to provide my credit card number, including its expiry date. The reason given was that the ordered part was oversized and required an additional fee for delivery. It is utterly unacceptable and insecure to expect customers to send their card details via email. Nevertheless, I responded promptly within 15 minutes, sharing the requested information.

To address my concerns, I attempted to contact Lenard, but to my dismay, he was already out of the office. Despite leaving multiple messages, I did not receive any communication from him until the following Wednesday. Frustrated by the lack of responsiveness, I decided to call again. It took three attempts before I finally managed to reach him in person. Even then, he showed little interest in processing my payment or providing any information regarding the delivery. Instead, he promised to check and get back to me.

As if the situation couldn't get worse, I received yet another email on Friday, just three days later, demanding the CVV number of my credit card. I was utterly shocked! In the normal world, sharing such sensitive card details via email is an absolute no-go. Unfortunately, it seems that businesses in Canada are shockingly outdated in their practices.

In summary, my order was delivered a painstakingly long ten days later, leaving me with a deep sense of disappointment. The entire experience was marred by the mishandling of my personal data and the complete absence of customer service.
