The parts still should have came before the weekend if they shipped that day, didn't get them until Tuesday next week which delayed me getting work done, missed out on work because of it, and when called they would not refund or partial refund the shipping cost. YOU just lost a customer for parts and future vehicle sales over it. Good job guys- EMM...."

That forced my to make a 100km trip to get the package that should have been delivered to my address, considering the cost of the shipping.
