"Good: They expedited an order for Symantec AV for Linux for a server I had to setup for work.

Bad: After weeks of working with Symantec Tech Support to try to get this working on x64 Ubuntu 12.04, I finally gave up and asked for a refund. They ignored my emails even though I forwarded them proof that I worked with Symantec for over a month to try to get this to work. After they ignored my refund request, I had to initiate a chargeback which is still ongoing.

Summary: It's not good to ignore your customer's refund requests when a falsely advertised product just does not work with an OS it's advertised as supporting. Will not order from this vendor again."
