"Service is very bad, I waited 45 minutes and the vehicle never arrived, customer service does not take responsibility for the financial damage caused."
"Please dear readers, never ever book transportation from this mafia company. Here is my story. With the family we visited New York for a week. Transport from JFK to Manhattan and back to JFK was booked and paid in advance by credit-card. Total costs was 220 USS for a private car. When we arrived after 7 hours flight I called the number to let them know we arrived. In 20 minutes the driver will pick you up. After 40 minutes still no car and to make a long story short, after several calls and excuses back, the driver showed up after 2 hours of waiting! The driver was a bad tempered, only Spanish speaking guy who had no idea how to reach the hotel. He stopped several times to ask for the right direction and after 1,30 drive we finally made it to the hotel. After we stepped out, the moody driver demanded that he should be paid 120 USS in cash!! No discussion possible even when I tried to convince him that everything was payed in advance. So I paid him the 120 thinking that maybe something went wrong with the advance payment. Next day I called the company and they confirmed that my payment in advance was received. I explained what happened and response was that the Quality Manager had a look into this. 3 days later I received an email that the 120 USS will be refunded. Now more then 2 months later and many emails without response, I still wait for the 120 USS which GO Airline NYC Quality Manger promised to refund. Conclusion: horrible, rude drivers who steal your money if they can, huge delays in picking up and a so called genuine taxi company which does not reply on emails and complaints. AVOID! AVOID! and use a fixed price cab instead. I never had such a bad expedience.

"Here it is, 2 months and1 week after my VERY BAD experience with Go Airlink at JFK, and I finally got a determination on my complaint, and not a satisfactory one, either.
I guess Go Airlink thought I would either lose interest or drop dead in the meanwhile.
So, after all this time, I was told by Airlink that ONE HOUR AND 48 MINUTES from JFK to Pt. Authority is within perfectly normal and acceptable limits.
I checked my text messages to my NYC host from the time I arrived Go Airlink's JFK location to the time I arrived Pt. Authority, and I have it documented that the epic journey took precisely TWO HOURS AND 20 MINUTES !!! Besides Go Airlink's UN-advertised limits of acceptability, they play fast and lose with the facts, misrepresenting the actual time my trip took.
If TWO HOURS AND 20 MINUTES is a satisfactory time to you, book with Go Airlink and cross your fingers it takes no longer. Otherwise, take a private van, taxi or the subway. I recommend the subway; it's simple to navigate, clean, fast and cheap. And, you won't be dealing with Crook Airlink NYC."

This company ruined our trip to NYC. I would never recommend them to anyone. We had an overnight lay over in Newark and my boyfriend and I decided to spend the night in the city. Our pickup from Newark to Manhattan was arranged for 5:40 , at 6:00PM we were instructed to follow the driver. our suitcases were put on the bus and we were seated. five minutes later we were asked to get off because "it was too full" even though we both had seats. we were sent back inside the airport to wait for the next one. After 25 minutes of waiting, we asked an Airlink worker at the counter how much longer it would be. He was EXTREAMLY rude and really upset us. he told us it would be 5 more minutes.. another 40 minutes passed by and he told us it was because they were at capacity and didn't have room and we would have to wait for the next shuttle... even though I booked this reservation for us January 6th, you think they would make sure customers who pre-reserved and paid would have priority. We ended up getting on a shuttle at 8:30... which means we were waiting at the airport for over 2.5 hours for our transportation. We told our driver how upset we were and of course our hotel was the last stop. this completely ruined our trip as we didn't arrive at our hotel until about 9:30. All we wanted to do was have a nice dinner and enjoy NYC for the night and still get enough sleep to catch our plane for 6:00 AM the next morning. This was by far the worst service we have ever received and I am VERY disappointed. If you want to have your night in NYC ruined, use Airlink.. they start your trip off absolutely horribly.
