"I don't get the warm fuzzies with this company. The order arrived in multiple shipments from suppliers all over the place, and several items that were suppose to be included in the "package" weren't. The satellite receiver I received was an old version, possibly a clone. The supposed help forums they say they offer don't exist as far as I can tell. The whole deal feels cheesy, and I'm just hoping the system functions when I get a chance to install it. I really wish I would have researched the company's reputation more before buying, but got sucked in with their "Worlds biggest satellite seller" claim."

"I purchased a Lexium DBS7000 and waited and waited and waited. I send them email, another email another another.... no response. I called them and talked to a nice answering machine and left a message. and call them again and again and again. No response either. I called PayPal and disputed. Go satellite didn't give a sh.t to PayPal either. Finally after this long fight PayPal reversed my money. Thank God...."

"This was the first time I have ever had a problem buying something online. I bought a receiver from them through their eBay storefront. They posted that they shipped it in order for the payment to go through. Obviously they did not ship it because the unit was back-ordered. After waiting 3 weeks I sent them an email to see what the hold up was. It took 4 days for a reply. While waiting for the email reply, it took 3 days of calling and getting put straight to voicemail to finally speak to a rep - who said it would be another month before they received new stock. At least cancelling my order wasn't a big deal...

Overall this is a shady company. Their original gosatellite business license was terminated by the Better Business Bureau and they do in fact license under Click Motivation Ltd. like the other poster mentioned. The owners name is Steven Hutt. Look him up. He has been to court for some other illegitimate dealings. Honestly, there are much better and more reliable options out there. You have been warned."

"I've ordered hundreds of items from the internet, this is by far the worst experience ever, and the most money I've ever spent online. I cannot express enough that you need to avoid doing business with this guy at all cost. About half of the items I received were not what he advertised, & 1/4th of the items never even came. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and today I looked at the Better Business Bureau which says they are no longer in business, which is wrong. They are now going by "Click Motivation Ltd" Once again STAY AWAY FROM THEM."

"Here I am a month later--still no order or confirmation when it would arrive. I called the company two weeks ago (November 10). The fellow on the phone said that one component was back ordered and it would be shipped to their Canadian warehouse and I'd get my order by the end of the next week at the latest--still nothing. "I was a little disappointed in the service. They called me several times with changes to the order, first I ordered a tool, they asked if I wanted something else, I stated that I really wanted that tool. They did not discuss possibilities with me, they just offered to refund the money for that item. Then they did not get my order shipped until 4 days after I ordered it, actually longer, but I did order it on the weekend, so I cannot say they did anything wrong over the weekend. Originally, I requested replacement and after lengthy communication GoSatellite.com offered a RMA requiring me to pay about $25 for shipping. I am no longer interested to receive any goods from this supplier and I am seeking a complete refund. I will never again place an order at GoSatellite.com."

"i ordered a sonicview 360 and paid with pay-pal and got billed twice ,the toll free # is no good it took 3 long distance calls to fix . the install CD is also no good,1 more long distance call,now i'am told to go to the onilne forum for help what happened to my step by step install instructions? this forum has a lot of questions and not many good answers. I say don't buy from this Co. online, shop local and see what you get in person. when you want to buy they answer the phone in 3 rings ,when you need help you'r put on hold asked to leave a number and wait for a call back.THE PRODUCTS MIGHT BE GOOD BUT I SAY BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.
