"Good news: I got my RAM cupholder mount after five weeks, three emails and two phone calls.
Bad news: It took five weeks, three emails and two phone calls, without a single receipt, shipping notice or tracking number. Only reason I had any record of my purchase was an online screen shot I took.
More bad news: the unit was scraped (slightly). Clearly didn't look new, more like a "slightly damaged" unit they purchased at a discount.
Price was good. Unit is satisfactory -- it will hold my Starbucks Chai on my motorcycle. They could definitely upgrade customer service and communications. That said, looks like they've been getting reviews for over a decade, so they're doing something right."

"After being unsuccessful in getting their shopping cart to function properly using Microsoft Edge, IE 11, and Chrome, I sent the following e-mail to their customer service account: "I have repeatedly attempted to order a RAM MOUNT RAM-HOL-TAB31U unpkd ram tab-tite samsung e 9.6" SKU: RAM5851 from your website and the checkout just keeps putting me into a "goofy loop" where I confirm my purchase on step 5 then it puts me back to step 4 but says "Your order has been received. Thank you for your business!". I never reach the order confirmation step 6. The payment never posted on my card so I assume it did not go through. If by some chance it did, I probably ordered 6 or 7 accidentally. HELP!"

I called them back to ask when I could expect delivery, and was told they had to wait for some of the order to come in, but it would ship in 3-4 days. It's been 9 days, no shipping confirmation, no receipt, no return calls. Emailed their customer service, no reply. Called and left voice mails, no response. "
"FRAUD, DO NOT BUY! After my order was quoted for free shipping they contacted me via email to tell me it would cost 60 dollars for shipping. I told them to cancel the order, they didn't respond for two weeks then they told me it was refunded, it's been two more weeks and still no refund. "Went with this vendor to buy a scanner because with the "Free shipping on orders over $150" it was a little cheaper than the other vendors. Even though it was listed as "in stock" it took them 3 days to charge my CC for the order. I then checked the site to see if there was any information on when it would finally ship. I then discovered that the shipment was on hold because it was "overweight" and they wanted another $50 for shipping. WHY in the world would they charge my CC then notify me that they needed more money is beyond me. I canceled. I won't do business with this company again.
Followup: After sending a second request to cancel the order, they did. The refund showed up on my cc within a couple of days. "
"Purchased an item from this seller almost a week ago; on the 23rd. It's an important part for my printer. My credit card was charged the full amount immediately. I have sent 2 e-mails since the 27th asking when I can expect shipment. I have gotten no response. The item showed as "In Stock" when purchased, so I do not understand why it is taking so long to ship. I have called their number 1-***-***-**** several times before sending the emails, first trying the "Customer Service" option, and got a voicemail box. Then I called and waited on the line for the "next available representative", also got dumped into a voicemail box. Then I called and tried the "Sales" option... voicemail box. So, I tried calling the different sales number listed on their website (1-***-***-****)... voicemail box. I have left a message, asking them to return my call. We'll see what happens; I think getting the charge reversed through my credit card company is my only option. Giving them till day's end to reply."
