"People should stay away from this seller. Google should kick this out from google shopping. I have an order a map for my gps. after 3 day, I get a email let me know this is a special order take 5-7 business day as states in web site. Actually, their web site did not let me know this. I call, email them, but no answer, voice mail is full. I try to contact them everyday by phone or email but no responds. Now it'st is 2 weeks, they did not ship it yet and no answer.
I just call my credite card company to ask for credite back and file dipute.
Please kick them out"
"I intentionally ordered a discontinued item from Garmin. Seller notified of status and offered an upgrade for an additional fee. I had an email and phone conversation, but Josh delivered as promised. I am happy with the upgrade deal he offered. I would order from them again."

These were shipped at Feb 12th (2 weeks later) by UPS International Express to the Netherlands (in Europe).
When I asked (Feb 19 th)for the tracking number I got an unvalid tracking number. Today (feb-22)they mailed me that they placed a lost parcel claim at UPS. They would send a replacement parcel. However after waiting another 3 weeks, I decided to cancel the order. It could be that the models I requested were not in stock, but they could not inform me about the delays. "
