"Customer service was good, however, their site lacks some functionality. Things are listed as "In Stock" no matter what you put for quantity, you only find out after you've gone through the entire order process that items are backordered, at which point you can't go back and ask for items to shipped as available. They need to make it so that you can clearly see what is fully in stock if they are going to offer options of "ship as one shipment" or "ship as items become available." If it shows as in stock, I'm sure everyone will choose "ship as one shipment" as the second option requires additional shipping charges. "
