"I ordered on 11/28/2001 and my credit card was billed that same day. I only received my order after threatening to report them to the Ohio Attorney General, being put off 3 more weeks and driving there personally to pick up my laptop. Many of my friends got ripped by this company, ordering the same time and I did but not lucky enough to get the laptop before the AG took them over. My laptop was not the actual model ordered. They have been reported as buying from Best Buy, etc. and filling orders this way to the customers who bothered them the most."
