"I ordered an iWay 600c that they showed as 'in-stock' on May 19th and received a confirmation e-mail from them that day. They charged my DEBIT card on May 20th and that was the last contact I've had with them.
Numerous e-mails were met with an 'auto-reply' message. The phone number used to go to a 'message box full voice mail', but that's since been replaced by a woman's voice who states that this number is no longer GPS Crazy's and to please not leave any messages for them.
I filed a claim with the Illinois BBB (May 10th, 2007) and they have reviewed the information of the claim and have contacted the business (twice) for their response - according to their website, they have until June 1st to respond.
Since I paid with a debit card, normal credit-card fraud protection is not available.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER!!!"
"I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 650 from GPS Crazy and William was fast to return my email BEFORE I ordered. He charged my card the day I ordered and I never received my item as promised. I have sent him 4 emails and called twice. He has not responded in any way.
I put the charges on Dispute with my Credit Card Company. I can't believe this guy is still in business! I check the BBB site and GPS Crazy has the LOWEST RATING they can give.
Why didn't I check these boards BEFORE I bought from this crap store! All it takes is honesty and good customer service. Why are there SO many people in this world without decency and integrity?

"I placed my order on February 11th and received a confirmation email on that very day. Since then, I have heard nothing. I have sent at least 10 emails and left 3 voice mail messages...but they've not responded to anything. They never answer their phone (that I can tell), and they never respond to an email (at least not to mine). I will never do business with this company again. Meanwhile, I'm spending time every day trying to unwind from this deal. BEWARE!"

"I am very dissatisfied with GPS Crazy and myself. I ordered a Garmin Zumo 550 and the website said to choose two day shipping and they would upgrade the order to Next Day Shipping at no extra charge. Well needless to say I did not get the item the next day nor did I get a tracking number or anything other than an automated response to my email that they would contact me within 24 hours. I was supposed to get my GPS within 24 hours. I am angry at myself for not reading the reviews on this so-called company prior to my purchase. If the order does not show up tommorrow, I will consider it a scam and have my credit card company issue a refund. I could live with the mistake in shipping if they would respond to phone calls or emails and let me know what to expect. NOTE: I did receive the GPS in two days which is what I paid for. It was only a scare. The package and contents was in great shape and I am very happy with my purchase. Much confusion and worry could have been eliminated if they had some form of customer support and a tracking number."
"They have extremely cheap pricing, free shipping, and say they will get back to you ASAP if an item cannot ship ASAP. After 6 weeks and 4 emails none of which have been answered (even if they do have an automated email that says they will respond within 24 hours) ,I still have not hear from them about the item I ordered. (They also charged my card 6 weeks ago.) I will never use them again."
