" I ordered an electronic chart of the Great Lakes. The order page for the chart stated, "Warranty: Returnable". But when I tried to return the chart (because I ordered the wrong one), they repudiated their return policy and refused to take the product back, even though I complied with all of the terms of their published return policy. This is false advertising and consumer fraud. A complaint has been filed with the California Attorney General."

"I ordered a Garmin GPSMAP 60C on 3-7-05 gpsexplorer offered a $50.00 mail in rebate. I sent them the paper work by certified mail. I have tried countless times to contact them by phone and email with no luck. The 50.00 rebate is a scam. Do not order from them if you think you are going to receive a rebate from gpsexplorer. It has now been over 3 months. If you have had this same problem please contact me at ****@****"

"Took way to long to receive product from the stated time period they promised. Also got ripped off on 2 rebates for $50 each. One from them and one from Gamin. Garmin didnt give it to me because GPSExplore wouldnt give me a hard copy of the receipt they told me to print the email receipt they sent me. Garmin wont accept nor do they honor products sold from this customer. I was scammed. Now the GPS doesnt work and I cant even get it fixed under warranty."

"Purchased a Garmin IQue 3600 256 NavKit from GPS Explorer. Delivery was delayed a bit due to 1 - I ordered on Thanksgiving weekend and 2 - The company must speak with you to confirm a delivery address other than your billing address. Having been had by online resellers before, I'll take that inconvenience, though.

Product arrived as advertised, new and no upselling or hard sell when I did call to verify my order. Very pleasant customer service and aside from long hold times (3-5 minutes) it was a good experience.

Overall the transaction was good, not great, but I would certainly order from them again and if you are shipping to the same address as your creidt card billing address your transaction should be even smoother than mine.
