"I used their search engine for a shell holder. It gave me what it said was correct so I ordered it. The wrong one was sent to me. When I called (for 2 days) and was told a supervisor would call me back. On the 3rd day I called again and got the supervisor. She told me it was my fault I ordered the wrong one, when I told her it was their search engine but it was wrong, she told me they would take it back at my expense. I will be disputing this with my credit card. Terrible customer service."
" Bought some brass and bullets and since i met the free shipping limit, the charges were 58.98 including shipping and was Listed on the on line order form as free shipping.. When i got the items the bill said there was a 9.95 freight fee??? I called them and they said all online sales had a fee. Nowhere during the purchase did it CLEARLY mention this, especially on the expense listing where you click buy it ... I believe this is deceptive, and unfair and i will not deal with them in the future.. So I gave them one star for deceiving me. I buy from midway all the time and if you dont want unnotified fees I suggest you do also. Midway has free shipping with their minimum balance and no tricks......"
"I don't understand why they give you the option of shipper when they choose whichever they want when they actually ship. The last two orders I made, I had chosen UPS since UPS will deliver to a UPS store. I explained to them that I can not have orders sit on the porch. The first order was shipped FedEx and invariably disappeared. The second shipped USPS but was actually there when I got home only because the delivery person knows about the problem and put it in my shed."
"Recently order fiocchi 223 ammo from Graf and sons. When my package arrived all of the 50 red boxes had been clearly opened. The brass cases showed clear signs of being reloaded. I spoke with customer service the next morning and they were very helpful. They plan on sending out two new boxes with a return label for the bad stuff. Great customer service. "
"I guess they will only care about large orders. Order something small and they messed up on shipping it. Ordered projectiles and the bags were open in the priority mail box. The box had holes and bullets were missing. I'm sure it leaked somewhere in transit.
I was supposed to get a free gift type of goodie and was not included. however the invoice shows that it is.
Sent customer service email about this and NO RESPONSE. Pretty damn disappointed."

Ordered the ammo on 2/15/2013. Asked for status and Grafs replied saying that one month delay is expected. When I ordered the item it said that it will take two weeks, not one month. Let's see how long it will take to ship it. I'll keep updaing it."

when an order is placed they ship it promptly, usually the next working day, when your order is complete, they issue a tracking number at the time they bill your card, and it is delivered to the shipping company the same day.
if there is a problem, you can call them and one of their courteous and knowledgeable representatives will work with you in order to resolve it. they are serious in wanting their customers to be 100% satisfied, and go out of their way to insure that you the customer is happy.
I will be shopping with them for many more years.
