"Bought about 100 euros worth of CDs in different orders one of the CDs said in Stock 16 to 20 days back at the start of February they kept sending me a script message that they bearly changed every two months when I made an enquiry asking about availability saying it's on order from supplies which was bull and keep adding at the end would I like to change my order .I seen a different cd I wanted that costed two euro more and they said they would have to send me a refund instead I said that was kinda dry but ok they never sent refund I contact again they said they needed my I ban sent them that still nothing had to send a treatning message saying I'm going to start a payment dispute with my bank finally got a reply saying we're passing you're info on to our financial team it like 12.80 they trying to sting me out of hopeing I'll just leave it because of effort it is takeing just buy somewhere else if possible even if it cost a few euros more save a headache and a constant email war"

"Ordered Logitech Brio Webcam on 11th April and would love to be able to share how great the camera is but the seller still has not shipped the product despite it going in and out of stock three times since I ordered. They have also increased the price over 200% (from €214.00 to €439.59) to further screw customers during this pandemic.
I have sent the company multiple emails on this and each time I've been given a response to say the Item is out of stock - even though the website has listed the in-stock days (including lead time) as well as the days it has been out of stock which I have sent them multiple screenshots of too.
So far my dealings with Grooves Land have been pitiful and would recommend other avoid at all costs

One of the items was damaged (digipak sleeve was totally crushed). They refused to replace or refund it after several claims and pics clearly showing the damage because, even they recognized the item was damaged, "it may still work".

"Since the reviews for Grooves.land are atrocious on resellerratings, I felt it would only be fair to counter with my own stellar experience.
I purchased a video card from them. The price was so much lower than other places that I thought for sure that it must be a mistake and that I would get an opened box, used, or wrong video card from them. I felt further hesitation due to the fact that I am in the US, and they are in EU, and the ratings I read about here. However, I threw caution to the wind and placed my order.
I immediately received an acknowledgement of my order, followed by a notification of shipping a couple of days later, along with my tracking number. Received the video card 10 days later (as would be expected with an overseas shipment). This all being during the holiday season of December.
The video card arrived in shiny brand new condition - the EXACT one I ordered. I installed it, and it works PERFECTLY (better than I had hoped for).
What more can i say. i would buy from them again.

"Be very careful of this company, especially when something goes wrong. The prices are good, but there is a catch. I bought a floor washer for £190, about 200 Euros. It took a while to arrive, but eventually got it. After a few washes the machine started falling apart to a point where it was totally broken. I contacted the company and they wanted to see picture which I gladly sent them. After I sent the machine back to them I haven't heard anything. After two weeks I contacted them and I was told to be patient. More time passed and I send them another email with the same response, be patient! Which I thought was not very good customer service. About two months passed and then eventually they came back to me claiming that it's an old machine. I couldn't believe what I read in the email. The machine was very clearly not old and it was the piece of junk that I bought from them. They told me after all that time that they are not going to refund me, replace the machine or fix it. They also told me because I changed the plug from a European plug to a British plug I tampered with the machine. I admitted to them that I changed the plug because I live in the UK and needed a UK plug, but that is not a reason for the machine to fall apart. I tried to phone them, but surprise, surprise you can not speak to customer services. You can only contact them via email. They now have the machine and my money. They wanted me then to pay more money to send the broken machine back to me. I sent the machine back shortly after I bought it and felt that a floor washer at that price should not be falling apart after two weeks. It's always good to get a bargain, but if something goes wrong you will not see your money or your product from Groovesland again. In my opinion they are nothing but con artists and clearly doesn't follow trading standards. Be very, very careful of them."
