"Here is an interesting story.

I ordered on the same day (4 September) two items, one from a shellac supplier in Napa, California, and the other from you in Industry, California.
The shellac supplier offered a USPS service via priority mail at $5.95, which I accepted.
You offered only a UPS service at $14.45 and gave me no alternative but to accept it.

The shellac (8oz) came two days later in a small USPS box.
Your package arrived yesterday in a large box with an additional envelope inside.
This is absurd and unacceptable.
It cost almost three times as much, was much slower and inconvenienced me, was unnecessary for a small metal part and a misuse of resources.

Update: I have read your reply. You did not lie but you get 1 out of 5 or less for boneheadedness and unwillingness to listen to your customers. You should refund the difference ($8) and rethink your shipping policies before Yahoo sinks."

I was expecting the part to arrive maybe withing two bussines days at the most. Reason being, that the location of GSIstore is in City of Industry, CA. and the Address where the part was going to be delivered was in the city of Fontana, CA. which is only 45 miles away. But instead it was delivered on March 28th of 2012.
