"I decided to use these because of good reviews. But unfortunately, I had absolutely appalling customer service. The original number came through 8 hours late. I wasn't told that there would be a delay - I had to ask where my code was. When it did come through, it didn't work. The 2 agents were patronising and told me to do what I had already told them I had done; they didn't answer questions posed to them. Then when I was on the line to a different one to the one I'd spoken to earlier, he told me to do the opposite of what the other one had said.

When it was escalated to a 'senior team' which turned out to be one person, I didn't get a response that day and was continually told to be patient by the agent, "my query would be sorted ... the following Monday" as this was a Friday - after being promised a response that day.

All the time, stress and energy I spent, I would have been better going somewhere else in the first place. I gave up and asked for a refund ... who knows if that will come through!

To top all this off, I received another email, 12 hours after replying to the first escalated assistance, asking me for EXACTLY the same information. "
