"GSM Liberty provided the requested codes quickly (didn't time it, but was probably less than 10 minutes after supplying details they requested), and also a link to information about how to use the codes in different phone models. The information about how to use the codes was not as helpful as it could have been - the menu structure in my phone was not the same as what they had in their write-up - but fortunately my particular phone was ridiculously easy - it recognized the different SIM card and asked if I wanted to unlock the phone, then popped open an entry screen for the code! So kudos to GSM for prompt, effective service, but if you need tech help you might need to call them up."

"First I had worry about when the code will be delivered and what if it won‘t work. Waited 10 hours overnight and I received it. I entered it and it simply works. Updated the firmware from Android 2.3.6 to 4.0 ics. After upgraded and first boot, it prompted for the code again. I can imagine this would happen every you run major firmware update so I entered the same code - it simply works. I would keep the code somewhere because I may need it in the future. You rock!"
