"Spoke via chat with representative prior to ordering an unlock code for my Blackberry Z10. That representative sent me a link directly to the Blackberry unlock page whereupon I entered my IMEI and added the "product" to my cart. For $7.95 I was promised that an unlock code would be emailed to me in approx. 5 minutes. After paying via Paypal I was re-directed back to their website where I was asked to input my exact make/model/carrier in order to expedite the process.

At the half hour mark I contacted the company via chat and inquired the reason for the delay of the code. After a couple of minutes the representative informed me that the unlock code for my device was $34.95 and would require additional funds in order to be processed or I could cancel the order and receive a refund.

At no time was an additional fee or the possibility of an additional fee discussed either with the representative via chat or mentioned before,during or after the order process on the web pages presented to me. The order proceeded smoothly leading me to believe all was well. I have filed a complaint with Paypal and am still awaiting a refund.

In my opinion this company is a scam and folks would be wise to look elsewhere."
