"Well what ever you do don't purchase from this company. Very very disatisfied. I went through and ordered the product, and of course it tries to get you to either purchase other items as you check out and it also shows you some free things. Don't get fooled... these items are not free. They charge you for the item plus shipping and handeling. I have tried to call them over 20 times and when I do get through they rattle off some line that their systems are down or getting an update and to call back in one hour. Finally on 7/11/07 we received an email that the product was shipped. Mean while we have been trying to get ahold of them to figure out why we were being charged for a free offer plus shipping. This will be interesting to see if I actually get any thing."
"Placed the order for their GT Xpress cooker a week. Still there's no any kind of confirmation or information of my order, shipment.
When placing orders they don't send you any kind kind of confirmation. Good thing I decided to write down my order number!
The same day I decided to cancel my order. After being on hold for at least 20 mins, they told me that orders don't show up in their "system" for 48 hrs after placing the order.
Their shipment times are ridiculous (10-15 business days!). S&H too high as well.
Still waiting to hear from them.
I would not recommed it. You will be better off with amazon or ebay.
