"Where do I begin. The website is a complete scam. The prompt box where you pick your size, always gives you the wrong size. So when you go to check out, the wrong size shows up for the item. Tried calling customer service the very next day. The wait time is ridiculous. Customer rep told me I had to buy another item in the right size, and then once I get the item delivered. I would have to send the wrong item back in order to receive my refund. We all know how this is going to play out. The website is a total scam!"
"Would not recommend ordering online from this company. Wrong address was on the “shipping too” so after I realized the mistake I emailed their customer service not even 5 minutes after the order was made. They responded back THREE days later saying it’s nothing that they can do. The issue here is most other companies that I’ve purchased from had a prompt response and a fast solution to solve the issue(a simple change of address interception) but instead this company’s customer service rep is an online automated system that doesn’t help at all, but instead apologizes for the inconvenience and refuses to refund or change the address. They also say that they’ll respond within 24-48, but responded 72 hours later where if they responded when they said they would, then I’m sure this issue would’ve never escalated. Mind you, the order was made around 5-6AM, which gives plenty of time for a response. Do not purchase online with this company."

"I ordered things in excess of € 100. I needed that as a gift for my wife. They sent the package after 2 days and then the DHL package drove from one city to another and back to the first city and again to the second and so on for about 10 days. After 10 days the package was marked as damaged.
I have contacted the customer service several times to resend the items to me and they then make arrangements with DHL. But they were very frivolous, rude and without any concern for the customer. They just don't care about you. They asked me to wait 30 days ????? I explained to them that is a gift and that I was not interested in the problem with DHL.
And they didn’t send me new items or return my money. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I advise others because they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! "
" I didn't have my tags so I realize part was my fault. However, I had the most important thing the receipt. This day and age though most retailers don't require the tags to be on the merchandise so I didn't think to keep them. However, when I was trying to find something when you got someone even going to the point of asking oh did you wear these jeans out of town and of course I replied no. I basically felt he was invading my personal space by asking a lot of questions. This is the guy on the sales floor and not the person that ringed me out. Also I would as a very direct question and he sounded shady and didn't answer it whether he is shady or not listening I don't know. Not to mention when I return the item they then say oh the item wasn't on this receipt. I only bought two things at Guess Fashion Square so I know an associate definitely did scan the merchandise wrong when I first bought it so due to that on top of that they give me a lower exchange price because someone made an error and scanned the wrong jean. I am disatisfied with you require the tags to be on them or you can only get an exchange (not a return) on top of that an associate made an error and didn't scan the correct merchandise therefor causing me to get the most lowest price (basically as if I didn't have the receipt). I will post a review to publicly let people know how nit picky you're from someone scanning the item wrong and me getting the lowest price to me not being able to return it because it didn't have tags. I am not impressed and I will take my business elsewhere such as Express for Men, Abercrombie and Macys

I bought my jeans on 25/04/2019 in Guess store , Regent Street 160, W1b 5SP ,London. I tried jeans just yesterday and belt holds come away straight away !!!! I didn't aspect what guess jeans quality will be so badly! Today I just had time to go to the store and wanted to exchange for a new jeans ,show it and explained what happened . Staff member told me what don't have my size, when I asked to order she said what can't . When I ask when for my money refund and will try to order online she said she can't give me my money refund ?!!! She said I had 14 days for refund ! How comes is not my fault first what belt holds ripped off from jeans .. I don't want store credit ,I want same new jeans or my money refund. I didn't like service in store , staff member wasn't helpful . Online 30 days refund and in the store I can't change for a new one or get money refund!!!!! First time just tried jeans and belts holds come away...?????! Just avoid shopping in the store !!!!

"Visited guess before Christmas to look for a dress.
Three employees ... two customers in store. Was ignored and not even offered a change room.
The sales girl working was so busy helping her young male guests and trying to hold up her tube top that she walked by me several times as I stood near her.
I feel she should wear proper clothing and concentrate on customer service as this is where her salary comes from.
I will never shop there again.
It’s hard enough to find good quality clothing and I’m not saying this is high quality clothing but to actually turn away potential customers seems like overconfidence is this market and economy.
On a side note many are looking for jobs and I always return to the places where the sales assosiciates are genuinely interested in their job and clients.
I have worked in retail for close to twenty years both as an associate and a manager.
I know what a good experience feels like.
As this clothing is not cheap... I would say buyer beware."
"I wish there was an option for zero stars, because that reflects the quality of service you will receive here. The gist of my despicable experience essentially is, I have placed THREE orders with GUESS Factory for one single pair of cute sandals. Why three? Well the first one, the sales associate at Heartland GUESS ordered the wrong pair. The second order? The right pair was ordered, but then I received an email from GUESS stating my order was canceled due to the item no longer being available. I called customer service, where a phone rep had said the sandals were available and that he could order them for me. Yay! Guess what? They never came. Except this time, the third time ordering these sandals, I never got an email stating that their arrival was a pipe dream. Oh, and I also never got any emails stating my refund was being processed. So here I am... sandal-less, and also, money-less too.
Today, I called into customer service again, asking for the status of my super-hard-to-get sandals. This call was 56 minutes long. Lovely. I was informed that they are fully out of stock. I was also informed that most of my refund will be on a E-merchandise return card, and the remainder back onto my MasterCard. Why's this you may ask? Well on July 13th, when the very competent GUESS Heartland employee placed the wrong sandals on order, he insisted instead of me doing a full refund (for a different item), and that I carry my funds forward and do an exchange for the sandals. Silly me, I said yes and paid the remainder on my MasterCard. Due to this, the GUESS company has been very firm on returning part of my restitution via E-merchandise (basically a gift card) and $5 (the amount remaining I paid for) on my MasterCard.
To conclude and summarize my world class experience with GUESS:
1) Heartland GUESS Factory sales rep placed the WRONG sandals on order, insisted I did and exchange, which after all of this, equated to me not getting my money back on my original method of payment, but on a E-merch card
2) The wrong sandals were returned to Heartland GUESS, the correct ones were ordered by their not-so-friendly manager, Manesha
3) The correct sandals were out of stock and my money was refunded on MC and E-merch card
4) After speaking to customer service, the correct sandals were placed on a third order, using my MC and E-merch card
5) Lo and behold, the sandals were still out of stock and I was never notified
6) I had to call back into customer service to figure out where my damn shoes were. They weren't anywhere. They were out of stock. And I am out of patience.
7) Most of my money will go onto a E-merch card... So I GUESS I'll just have this gift card that'll collect virtual dust forever, since I will NEVER RETURN TO GUESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyhow - if you're still reading, I emailed customer care to file a complaint and also to applaud the phone rep who had been very helpful at the time.
PS: the reply I received was very dismissive. They didn't do anything to rectify wasting 2 months of my life, and for not refunding my funds onto my MasterCard, which I had originally used to pay with. I GUESS I'll be trapped with this E-Merch card. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

"It's a long story, goes back to September 2017. I purchased a handbag at Malta airport which rapidly started to fall apart (within a month). Contacted company, who eventually accepted the return but refused to provide a refund, only credit voucher to value of purchase (£117). I did not want credit but was forced to use it as it was due to expire, but, inevitably, when the goods eventually arrived they did not fit. The return took ages, there was no communication from the company until yesterday when I was informed that, lucky me, my refund of - wait for it- 98 pence had been returned to my credit card - it seems the remaining £117.02 had conveniently become a discount so was not included. This company is retaining my money, every stage takes forever, they are a nightmare to deal with. The situation is not resolved (6 months down the line), I have yet to have my expenditure refunded. The bag looked nice but was obviously poorly manufactured. My advice - don't have anything to do with GUESS."
"zero customer service when buying and trying to return item online. You would think more leniency ordering for holidays. I will never buy anything else from Guess. I shopped there alot. Spent thousands of dollars, but no more.
Guess shoes fit me the best an I will wear what I have but I will never buy anything else. Please do not waste your tie ordering anything online from this company. I could type my entire experience but I feel myself getting angry thinking about it, and I don't want to go there. If I could help you prevent aggravation then that's why I took out the time."
"I bought a winter jacket for $300. After not even 10x of wearing it, the zipper fell off the track. This has never happened in 40 years . Clearly the zipper was a defect. I called 3x , filed a complaint, and email, no one got back to me. They promised a call back about the status of my case, and they ignored my follow ups. I was a regular customer of Guess and they were aware, I will never shop from them again. They have poor quality of clothing and do not back it up nor do they care about repeat customers. "
