"Just purchased a Panasonic AG-AC160A from G&G. They are an authorized Panasonic dealer and had it listed for $400 less than the normal authorized dealer I like to order from. They also had free shipping included. I had never ordered from G&G before and was somewhat apprehensive. My experience turned out great.

However, they do not have a very good ordering website when compared to some other online vendors. But their ordering form got the job done. And of course you could just call them.

I did speak to them over the phone and they were very customer oriented. They did not try to "add on" anything or get me to purchase anything. They simply filled out my order and it arrived via UPS very quickly.

Now here is the downside. They have "no returns policy". If you think you are not going to like your purchase and are going to return it simply because you don't like it or it does not suite your needs, buy it somewhere else. They will allow the return of defective merchandise, but not a "no questions asked" return.

So, know exactly what you want first.

All in all, a good online purchase experience. It could be great if they would get a better website."
