"I traded in an iPad Mini (6th Generation), which I had purchased through Amazon. I wasn't comfortable with the user experience, after Amazon shipped another new iPad Mini 6, but the experience was the same.
The iPad Mini 6 was beautifully designed, but it just wasn't right for me. Amazon would not allow me to return the item, unfortunately (I would recommend that no one should ever purchase an Apple product through Amazon. Had I purchased this Mini through Apple, they would have simply refunded my purchases after receiving the Mini).
