Seller sent a FAULTY cable for my wii, refused to give me a refund or a replacement, and insisted that I'd only get a refund if I posted it back to them, but that I'd have to pay for the postage - which is virtually the same price as the cable in the first place. Filed a paypal complaint and they're not covering it in their "User Agreement". Once again, let down by Paypals inadequacy"

"Gadget Asia - NOTHING BUT SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I bought a Nintendo DS console/bundle, arrived swiftly, however faulty card, corrupted not working at all. contacted Gadget Asia and have been ever since, 8 weeks on and I still have no card, they state they haven’t received the parcel and they have as I have proof from DHL it's been delivered. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY!!!!
All I get from their wonderful (NOT) customer services is your parcel; has not arrived, once it does we will contact you. NO phone number to ring just e mail - CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have reported this company to E commence, government fraud investigators for further action to be taken against them, their web site is just a net to catch the customers and in turn DO NOT offer the after service they catergorigly spell out in their terms and conditions.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY - DODGY - DODGY-DODGY.
