"I expected things to be slow, but imagine my disgust when I found it was sent signature-certified.
In the past 6 years in my single family home (not an apartment), I have received almost every package without signature required. Hard drives, motherboards, full computers, $600 mattresses -- anything.
But a shirt? No, I have to use my vacation leave to take off time from work so that I can go to the post office during business hours. Why? Am I some credit card scammer trying to get a free shirt?
Of course, my wife missed work as well when I sent her in my stead. But USPS doesn't let a wife sign for a husband's package.
I would have had it sent to my workplace, if I knew it would have had a signature required. This is a critical slip-up, and I wont be doing business with them again."
