"I purchased a replacement battery and ear-phone jack for my 30 gig iPod Video from this company. Using the YouTube video tutorial replacing these items was a snap. No only did they send me the right parts, they also sent me the ear-phone jack and hold button assembly already affixed to an iPod back shell, so I didn't even have to assemble or disassemble the pieces. I am sure glad I didn't listen to all the bogus BS reviews previously attributed to this awesome company. Thank you for saving me about $70.00, or worse, being forced to buy a replacement iPod."

" Like other people have said "**** poor " customer service! I needed a logic board for my A1136 5th gen. ipod. They said it was "NEW" HA! Liars!!!!!!!!! They sent me the board with the frame & the "menu " wheel complete with scratches ALL Over! If this is "NEW" they must be living in a dump yard, because you could probably pull that one off there. Like others have said they have never gotten back with me. I've contacted them twice - I did get an automated response the first time saying they'd get back to me in 24-48 hours, which never happened, so I contacted again, with no reply. "I needed my ipod generation 5 repaired and mailed it for a quote. When I received the quote was satisfied I made the mistake of mailing the ipod in it's original box which was not returned to me. I also order a new battery, operating system and headphone video jack which was sent to them along with my ipod just to put all together. When I received it, the ipod had a display which was nice. When i plugged it into my computor it locked up and stayed locked up. I've sent 5 emails that its not working and they did not have the curtesy to answer or offer to return it. They do not back up there work. In addition, I order a new cover while the ipod was being repaired and have still not received it. Mind you he has taken all my money and I essentially have nothing. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FOLKS THEY ARE CROOKS!

"This is the second time Ive ordered from gadget menders and I ordered an iPhone 5c full setup screen, and they sent me a 5s screen and I emailed them and would get responses in fast and they were out of the black screen so I had to get a white one, when I finally got it the screen worked but the screen is bowed in the middle and has some slight lines on the screen and the connecter for the camera and speaker the cord doesnt lay flat and when I emailed them about it but told them I didnt want a new screen because it had already taken so long I did not receive an answer back at all."

"I ordered a replacement screen for an iPhone5s. Needed it urgently so paid the HIGH price of overnight shipping. Two days later I called them to find out where the product is. They informed me that not only was it not shipped immediately, but two days later, it was shipped regular mail. They said they would refund shipping. I only got an email it had been shipped the NEXT evening - three days after ordering.
Now 8 days later the tracking number only shows that the label was printed - never shipped. Called them..... still waiting on a response.

If you need the product ASAP use Amazon Prime. Don't even bother thinking of using these guys.

I made 3 attempts via e-mail to get a return number for a replacement screen but have not received a response. I will now have to take up the matter with Visa to block the charge. That may get their attention.

"I called the Apple store and asked them if I could get the battery replaced in my Ipod Classic they said we don't do that but you could buy a new one for $258.00 or trade in your old one for 1/2 off. I said no thank you. So I found this website and sent an e-mail asking what I needed for this model of Ipod now mind you this is a 2006 model classic. I got an email within 1 hr. and a link sent to me for everything I needed.So I ordered the battery and the kit to repair it for $19.89 and a video show me how to replace it. I then e-mail them asking when it would ship they got back to me right away and said I would have it Monday and sure enough I had it. I replaced the battery and put the Ipod classic back together and everything went asome the Ipod works and this company save me a ton of money.

"If you buy a battery for an iPhone 4S from this guy, you will get one with a different plug than the one on the stock Apple battery. When I went to plug in the new battery, all 4 pins on the motherboard broke, essentially bricking my phone. He offered no solution other than, "If you look on the internet you'll find you aren't the only one to break the battery connector.". Would have been nice to a) be sold the correct part or b) be told that the connector was different on the part he sold me. I now have a $500 paperweight thanks to this small oversight. "
